For 2026, Milwaukee selected Rome's iconic La Nuvola Convention Centre as the stage for their most ambitious EMEA conference to date, and they chose Maxim to design, build, and deliver every square metre of it.
With 6,000+ delegates expected and a significantly expanded programme, the brief required a scalable, high-impact environment.
We developed a cohesive spatial plan that maximised flow across the expansive La Nuvola footprint.
Each workstation was individually designed to support continuous product demonstrations for rotating groups of 50+ delegates, delivering 140+ presentations across the programme.
Delivering an 11-day programme for 6,000+ delegates required meticulous planning and round-the-clock coordination.
